HR Manager (US)
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to be our dedicated people lead in the US. As we significantly grow our Atlanta team this year, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from HR operations and compliance through to employee relations, manager coaching, and building scalable people practices.
This is a pivotal role and an exciting opportunity to shape HR in a growing business. You’ll lead HR for our US workforce, with administrative support from our Office & Recruitment Coordinator and strategic guidance from our Global HR team on complex matters. Day-to-day, this role is yours to own. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a scaling environment, brings structure where it’s needed, and genuinely cares about creating a people-first culture.
