Hiring : Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Techno-Functional)
Location : Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise to join a leading product-based organization in the Life Sciences domain.
About the Role :
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Pharmaceutical Quality processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analyze ERP data, troubleshoot technical and data-related issues, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Quality Control Tower activities, including product release tracking (raw materials, bulk, and finished goods).
- Develop KPI reports, dashboards, and perform drill-down analytics.
- Drive platform adoption through user training and business use-case development.
- Perform consumer and product analytics using NLP-based sentiment analysis on complaints and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Analyze ERP data and resolve business and technical data issues.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
- Experience with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and data lake/integration environments.
- Experience working with ERP data.
Functional Skills :
- Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Quality processes.
- Experience in Quality Control (QC), batch release, and quality workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For :
- 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
