About the Role

We are looking for a talent with strong corporate training and project management capabilities to help the Finance team build a comprehensive framework for learning, talent development, and knowledge management.

In this role, you will be more than just a trainer. You will gain a deep understanding of the team’s workflows and capability needs, translate professional knowledge into effective learning content, and continuously enhance the team’s overall capabilities and operational efficiency through training, knowledge enablement, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a corporate trainer for the Finance team, designing and delivering training programs based on team needs, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and capability development.
• Partner with HR to develop career development frameworks and learning paths for Finance roles, track learning effectiveness, and develop improvement plans.
• Lead finance knowledge enablement initiatives by establishing internal knowledge management mechanisms, such as FAQs and Knowledge Bases.
• Serve as a mentor to facilitate knowledge transfer, experience sharing, and talent development within the team.
• Drive process improvement and related projects through data organization, logical analysis, and data-driven approaches, including the development of charts and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree or above.
• Intermediate or above English proficiency (TOEIC 800+).
• Basic knowledge of process design and optimization, with the ability to organize data, conduct logical analysis, and create data-driven charts and presentations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Academic or professional background in banking, taxation, finance, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience in project management, corporate training, or internal audit is highly preferred.

我們正在尋找一位具備企業培訓與專案推動能力的人才，負責協助財務團隊建立完整的學習、人才發展與知識管理機制。

你將不只是培訓課程的講師，更需要深入理解團隊的工作流程與能力需求，將專業知識轉化為有效的學習內容，並透過培訓、知識內化及流程優化專案，持續提升團隊整體能力與工作效率。

主要職責

• 擔任財務部門培訓講師，依團隊需求規劃及執行培訓課程，並提出流程優化與能力提升建議。
• 與 HR 合作規劃財務職涯發展地圖及學習路徑，追蹤學習成效並制定改善方案。
• 主導財務知識內化專案，建立 FAQ、Knowledge Base 等內部知識管理機制。
• 擔任 Mentor，協助團隊知識傳承、經驗分享與人才培育。
• 透過資料整理、邏輯分析及數據化方式，推動流程優化與相關專案。

我們期待您具備

• 5 年以上工作經驗。
• 具碩士以上學歷。
• 英文能力中等以上（TOEIC 800 分以上）。
• 具備基礎流程設計與優化能力，能透過資料整理、邏輯分析及數據化方式製作圖表與簡報。
• 具備良好的溝通、簡報及表達能力。

加分條件

不限學科系所，具銀行、財稅金融產業相關學歷或工作經驗佳; 具備專案管理、企業內部培訓或內部稽核經驗者尤佳。
