Job Position -2 Finance Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
Work Experience:Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or senior accounting position is preferable.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or the beverage industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills
The candidate should have practical knowledge of:
Financial accounting and reporting.
Budget preparation and budgetary control.
Cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.
Cash flow management and cash forecasting.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Bank reconciliation and general ledger management.
Inventory valuation and raw material cost control.
Tax compliance and applicable Ethiopian tax regulations.
Payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
Financial statements and month-end closing.
Internal controls and financial risk management.
