We’re looking for aBusiness Administrator (m/f/x)to join us inInđija.

You will join theCustomer Interaction Center - Sales & Serviceswithin our Industrial Metrology Department, supporting Sales, Service and Technical teams in an international and dynamic business environment.

Your Role

As a Business Administrator, you will support Sales as well as the Service and Technical departments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication with customers, suppliers and international offices, and ensuring efficient documentation and organization.

The role ofBusiness Administrator (m/f/x)will involve:

• Receiving and processing customer orders.
• Preparing offers and quotations.
• Providing assistance to customers and suppliers.
• Managing and maintaining documentation.
• Organizing meetings and coordinating schedules.
• Performing general administrative and organizational tasks.

Your Experience

• Secondary or higher education in social sciences or a technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience working with documentation and administrative processes.
• Experience in order processing and/or a strong understanding of export/import regulations and related tax implications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Serbian and English language skills.

It would be desirable if you had:

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM software programs, particularly SAP.
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales support or service administration environment.
• An interest in developing your knowledge and career within industrial metrology.

You bring flexibility, innovation, independence and precision to your work, together with a structured and organized approach. You have a team-oriented mindset and strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact effectively with different functions and stakeholders.

A validCategory B driving licenceand willingness to travel for training are also required.
