Ihre Rolle

  • Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung produktionsnaher Workflows und Datenflüsse unter Berücksichtigung vorhandener Standards
  • Konfiguration, Weiterentwicklung Dokumentation und Testing von Prozessschritten und Workflows, Triggerlogiken
  • Maschinenanbindungen, Datenflüssen und einfachen Automatisierungen zur stabilen operativen Abwicklung
  • Entwicklung kleiner Anwendungen, Tools oder Services zur Digitalisierung und Standardisierung shopfloor-naher Tätigkeiten
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen produktionsnahen Anwendungen, Datenquellen und Umfeldsystemen wie ERP, MES oder WMS
  • Technische Dokumentationen, Betriebsunterlagen und Anwenderinformationen erstellen und pflegen; Key-User-Befähigung unterstützen
  • Produktionsanforderungen mit Operations, Architektur und Engineering analysieren; Automatisierungspotenziale identifizieren, Machbarkeit bewerten und skalierbare Prozess-/Maschinenkonzepte ableiten
  • Automatisierungslösungen über Implementierung, Inbetriebnahme, SL3-Fehlerbehebung, Meilensteinreviews und Übergabe in den stabilen Serienbetrieb begleiten
  • Bereichsübergreifende Standards, Dokumentation, Akzeptanzkriterien und Schnittstellen zu Operations, R&D, IT/OT, Industrial Engineering, PDI, Sourcing und Prozessentwicklung abstimmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Informatik, Produktion, Logistik, Automatisierung
  • Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen technischen Umfeld.
  • Grundkenntnisse oder erste Erfahrung mit produktionsnahen Anwendungen, digitalen Workflows oder operativen Systemlandschaften; Kenntnisse zu ERP, MES oder WMS sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen sowie stabilen, standardisierten Shopfloor-Abläufen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Workflow-Modellierung, Prozessbeschreibung, Schnittstellenkonzepten und einfacher Automatisierung
  • Programmier- oder Scripting-Grundkenntnisse sowie Verständnis von Datenstrukturen und operativen Prozessdaten
  • Grundverständnis von IT/OT-Integration, Berechtigungskonzepten, Netzwerksicherheit und betriebsnaher Systemunterstützung
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
