Feladatok:

  • A vállalatirányítási rendszer (ERP) felhasználóinak támogatása, napi problémák regisztrálása
  • Módosítások és hibák kezelése, követése, riportálása
  • Frissítések telepítése, interface-ek felügyelete és fejlesztése
  • Az új folyamatok bevezetése előtti rendszerszervezői feladatok ellátása
  • Logikai szintű tervezés, specifikáció készítés
  • A rendszer tesztelése, paraméterezése, dokumentációk készítése
  • Problémák elemzése, megoldási javaslatok kidolgozása a fejlesztői csapattal együttműködve
  • Az üzleti folyamatokhoz SQL/Linux/Windows script-ek fejlesztése
  • Szerverek felügyelete, karbantartása

Elvárások:

  • Felsőfokú szakirányú végzettség (informatikai/mérnöki), informatikai képzés vagy ezzel egyenértékű oklevél megléte
  • Rendszerszemléletű gondolkodásmód
  • Magabiztos szakmai angol nyelvtudás
  • Felhasználók támogatásában szerzett tapasztalat
  • Dokumentációk készítésében szerzett tapasztalat
  • Relációs adatbáziskezelő rendszer ismerete
  • Alapvető hálózati ismeretek
  • SQL nyelv ismerete (DQL, DML)
  • Fogékonyság az új rendszerek és alkalmazások megismerésére
  • Nagyfokú önállóság, proaktivitás, jó problémamegoldó és kommunikációs készség

  • Termelési környezetben szerzett informatikai tapasztalat
  • Windows és Linux szerver operációs rendszerek ismerete
  • Oracle adatbázis ismerete, készségszintű SQL tudás
