主要职责Main Task
主导新产品工业化转换 & NPI设计转移落地 | NPI Design Transfer & Industrialization
深度对接研发团队，全权负责新产品从研发设计到量产落地的工业化转换项目。统筹协调跨部门资源，推进设计输出转化为生产环境、原材料管控标准、标准化工艺、质量管控流程。全程跟进试产、验证、爬坡全流程，解决试产制程卡点，完成设计转移闭环，确保工艺可复制、可量产、可商业化。负责本模块完整APQP交付：需求拆解与客户对齐、工艺架构设计、PFMEA、DoE实验策略制定、工艺鉴定及客户正式Buy-off; 向下属工程师分配工作，审核交付物，主导失效分析，推动制程持续改善。
Collaborate closely with R&D team to own full new product design transfer and industrialization projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to convert R&D design output into standardized production environment, material control rules, process flow and quality control procedures. Support trial run, process verification and mass ramp-up to achieve stable commercial production. Own full APQP deliverables for the module: requirement decomposition & customer alignment, process architecture design, PFMEA, DoE experiment strategy, process qualification and formal customer buy-off. Assign tasks to subordinate engineers, review their output, drive failure analysis and sustainable continuous improvement.
主导精益改善 & 降本增效 & 知识库的建立 | Continuous Process Improvement & Knowledge pool setup
负责量产制程数据采集、统计、趋势分析、制程能力监控（CPK/PPM/良率波动）。运用精益生产、六西格玛、CIP持续改善工具，结合研发工艺理念识别制程瓶颈、工艺偏移、设备波动、人为变异。搭建模块级工艺知识库; 牵头专利挖掘与协同撰写。
Own mass production data collection, trend analysis and process capability monitoring. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and CIP continuous improvement tools to identify process bottlenecks and variation sources. Build module-level process know-how repository. Lead invention patent identification & co-drafting.
主导设备&工艺验证体系搭建 & 文件标准化管控 | Process Validation & Document Management
主导生产设备、精密测量设备、工装治具、生产软件、全工艺流程的首次验证和MBO 报告的撰写、周期性再验证、变更后验证。负责制程偏差分析、验证异常整改闭环; 统筹SOP标准作业指导书、工艺参数管控表、制程点检表、工艺规范等全制程文件的编制、更新、落地、版本管控，保证产线作业一致性、标准化、可追溯。
Lead initial validation, periodic re-validation and change validation for production equipment, measuring tools, tooling, process workflow and MBO report setup. Conduct process deviation analysis and corrective action closure. Create and maintain SOPs, parameter control sheets and daily process checklists to ensure standardized and traceable production operations.3、
主导制程异常攻坚 & 风险管控 & 问题闭环 | Process Troubleshooting & Risk Control
负责量产阶段所有制程类工艺技术异常，运用5Why、鱼骨图、8D、五大质量工具联动品质、生产、FA团队开展根因分析。作为设备供应商、生产、质量、苹果客户的技术对接窗口; 为多条产线自动化项目提供工艺侧技术指引; 牵头DFM风险评审，解决复杂工艺瓶颈、量产爬坡异常以及跨团队技术分歧。
Troubleshoot mass production process abnormal issues. Conduct systematic RCA via 5Why, Fishbone, 8D and core quality tools. Be the technical interface for equipment vendors, production, quality, and Apple customer. Provide process technical guidance for multiple automation production-line projects. Lead DFM risk review, resolve complex process bottlenecks, production ramp-up abnormalities and cross-team technical conflicts.
质量目标分解 & 制程复盘迭代 | Target Deployment & Regular Review
承接公司及项目级质量目标、良率目标、降本目标，拆解为制程专项落地计划，定期开展制程数据复盘、效果评估、机制迭代，保障年度制程KPI稳定达成。
Deploy company & project-level quality, yield and cost-saving targets into executable process plans. Conduct regular process review, performance evaluation and mechanism iteration to ensure KPI delivery.
客户会议对接 & 内部技术支撑 | Customer Alignment & Internal Technical Support
作为制程第一负责人，参与苹果客户周度/月度制程稽核、良率复盘、工艺审核会议。对外输出制程改善逻辑、工艺管控方案、风险管控报告; 对内为FA失效分析、EPM项目管理团队提供专业制程技术支撑。
Attend Apple customer process audit and yield review meetings as process owner. Deliver process improvement logic and control strategy to customer. Provide professional process technical support for FA and EPM teams.
制程变更管控 & 量产稳定性保障 | Process Change Control & Mass Stability
统筹所有工艺变更、参数调整、物料替换、设备改造的制程变更评估、小批量验证、批量导入、风险围堵，建立变更闭环机制，严控变更带来的量产波动，持续保障产线稳态生产。
Own full process change control, including evaluation, pilot verification, mass implementation and risk containment. Stabilize mass production performance via standardized change management.

有智能眼镜、AR/VR、视光学、苹果供应链制程经验优先 Experience in AR/VR smart glasses, optometry or Apple supply chain is a strong plus
Expert-level command of APQP, PFMEA, DoE, 8D and Six-Sigma problem-solving framework. Hold PMP, Six-Sigma Black Belt preferred.

专业知识/技能 Knowledge And Skill
深耕激光雕刻/打标工艺/光学测量，熟悉Trumpf、JPT等高端工业激光设备。能够定义技术架构和建立技术系统，而非仅做执行落地。
Deep hands-on expertise in laser engraving/marking process/optical tracing & measurement; familiar with Trumpf、JPT or equivalent high-end industrial laser platforms and Optical measurement device. Capable of defining technical architecture and building technical systems instead of only executing tasks.
拥有极强结构化问题分析与解决能力，擅长数据驱动改善。熟练应用质量工具; 精通可以运用Python/SQL/C++/Matlab统计分析工具，Soildworks/Auto CAD建模工具熟练使用者和六西格玛黑带优先。
Strong logical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills. Solid experience with quality tools. Skilled in Python/SQL/C++/Matlab for process capability analysis and statistical verification. Solidworks/ AutoCAD software user and Six Sigma Black Belt is a significant plus.
英文技术能力 | Technical English Proficiency
具备流利的技术英语读写与口语沟通能力，可独立完成英文工艺文件撰写、英文客户制程汇报、英文问题答辩，顺畅对接苹果全英文会议与稽核。德语使用者优先。
Fluent in technical English (listening, speaking, reading & writing). Capable of independent English customer meeting, process report delivery and technical defense. German is a big plus.
