Project Manager
1. Lead global cross-functional project teams to develop new products for China and European or US markets. Ensuring successful delivery in accordance with the product development process and project constraints (scope, time, quality, budget).
领导全球跨职能项目团队，为中国及欧美市场开发新产品，根据PSGP流程，确保项目在范围、时间、质量和预算范围内成功交付
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
制定详细的项目计划，跟踪项目进展，并主动管理风险、问题与变更请求
3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among global cross-functional teams, including R&D, PM, Manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales and market teams.
促进全球跨职能团队之间的有效沟通与协作，包括，研发，产品管理、制造、供应链、质量与销售市场团队
4. Chair regular project meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment on project objectives, milestones and deliverables.
主持定期的项目会议，向利益相关方提供清晰的项目进展报告，并确保项目的目标、里程碑与交付成果保持一致
5. Drive decision-making processes to keep projects on track and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks efficiently
推动决策流程，确保项目按计划推进，并高效解决冲突或瓶颈问题
6. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and global leadership
准备并向高级管理层及全球领导层汇报项目报告
7. Other duties, as assigned.

Education/教育背景
A master’s or above in science, technology or engineering
工程、科学、技术或相关行业硕士及以上。
Experience/经验
With a minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within R&D or product development environment
至少5年项目管理经验，优先考虑研发或产品开发环境背景
Engineering, design or development background requirement.
具备工程、设计或开发相关工作背景
A proven track record of successfully managing global, complex product development projects with multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-site project team.

Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and project management software(e.g., JIRA, MS project, etc).

Project management methodologies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Stage-gate)
