Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, and API design.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of Redis or caching technologies.
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience working in high-volume, distributed systems.
• Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
