GTM Lead

We are looking for a marketing-heavy GTM Lead who can drive positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, brand building, and growth initiatives across channels. This role requires someone who understands both strategy and execution, someone who can work closely with founders and build a scalable growth playbook. You will own the end-to-end go-to-market function, including growth marketing, partnerships, campaigns, product marketing, and revenue-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the overall GTM strategy for ZenStatement.
• Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, performance, partnerships, events, and outbound channels.
• Drive inbound lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to improve conversion funnels and messaging.
• Develop strong positioning, messaging, and category narrative for the company.
• Build and scale content strategy across LinkedIn, website, email, and other channels.
• Manage performance marketing initiatives and optimise CAC, conversion, and ROI metrics.
• Create customer segmentation and targeted growth campaigns.
• Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
• Track marketing analytics, growth metrics, attribution, and campaign performance.
• Work directly with founders on growth experiments and expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience across GTM, growth, marketing, or product marketing roles.
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, lending, financial services, or tech-first startups.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing and growth functions.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM journeys, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation.
• Experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, content, and partnerships.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
