OBIECTIVUL POSTULUI

Elaborarea si revizuirea planului de productie lunar cu respectarea regulilor si procedurilor specifice actvitatii de planificare la nivel de corporatie.

Responsabilitati:

  • Elaboreaza planuri detaliate de fabricatie/ ambalare pe arii/ echipamente/ schimburi, luând în considerare planul de productie(MPS) și toate constrângerile (materiale, opriri, personal disponibil).
  • Balanseaza capacitati RCCP; intretine master data RCCP (actualizeaza periodic timpi de proces/ modifica ori de cate ori este necesar conform info productie).
  • Monitorizeaza disponibilitatea materialelor, comunica prioritatile in vederea programarii analizelor catre laboratoare.
  • Lanseaza PO in SAP conform planuri de detaliu.
  • Monitorizeaza si raporteaza zilnic aderenta la planul de productie (nr schimbari, cauze, etc.).
  • Evalueaza stocuri, analizeaza, prioritizeaza, propune plan fabricatie/ ambalare conform politicii de stoc si constrangerilor (echipament, personal).

Cerinte:

  • 2 ani experiență in planificare productie sau intr-o zona de fabricatie produse farmaceutice.
  • Cunostinte Excel.
  • Experiență de lucru cu SAP - constituie avantaj.
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze (scris și vorbit) - nivel mediu.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, capacitate de a interacționa cu ușurință cu oamenii.
  • Atitudine proactivă, flexibilitate, orientare catre rezolvarea de problemelor.
  • Bine organizat, cu un nivel ridicat de atenție la detalii.
  • Orientare catre client.
  • Diplomă studii universitare - reprezintă un avantaj.
