Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and support a team of account executives handling clients across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
• Assign clients and workload fairly, and set clear priorities and deadlines
• Run regular team check-ins and one-to-ones, and give practical feedback
• Train new hires and help the team improve in campaign strategy, reporting and client handling
• Set performance goals for the team and review progress
  

Client and Project Oversight

• Track progress for every client and project, and step in early when something is falling behind
• Review campaign plans, performance and reports before they go to clients
• Handle escalations and support the team with difficult or unhappy clients
• Manage key accounts directly where needed
• Spot upsell and renewal opportunities across the team's clients
  

Process and Coordination

• Improve team workflows, onboarding steps, reporting templates and quality checks
• Coordinate with designers, writers and developers so work is delivered on time
• Report team and client performance to management

Requirements

Must Have

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years in digital marketing or account management, ideally at an agency
• At least 1–2 years leading, supervising or mentoring a team
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
• Able to read campaign data, spot problems and guide the team on what to fix
• Fluent in Mandarin (many of our clients communicate in Mandarin) with good English
• Highly organised, able to keep track of many clients and projects at once
• Calm, firm and professional with both clients and team members

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or reporting dashboards
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
• Experience with WordPress or website projects
• Experience working with Malaysian SMEs
