Job Title:Software Engineer (Node.js)

Location: Hyderabad, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Node.js
- Lead and mentor a team of UI & Backend engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum
- speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ Experience in Backend development focusing on Node.js.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related front-end technologies.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. • Experience in working with Cloud Technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with server-side rendering and Next.js.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with performance optimization and testing
