Chief of Staff

Missions

• Collaborate with the executive team to oversee and manage various aspects of the organization, including people, legal, compliance, finance, systems, and governance.
• Drive the company's AI transformation by implementing tools, infrastructure, and culture change to ensure successful adoption and keep the organization ahead of the curve.
• Lead the annual strategy design and quarterly OKR cycles, shaping company-wide priorities and reporting on progress to the entire organization.
