Обязанности:

  • Формировать и приоризировать скоуп задач отдела

  • Участвовать в написании ТЗ, тестировать и принимать задачи на разработку

  • Описывать и оптимизировать процессы квитовки платежей, контроля дебиторской задолженности и расторжения договоров страхования

  • Формировать и контролировать выполнение целей и SLA команды

  • Лидировать проект по развитию платежного сервиса

  • Взаимодействовать со смежными командами и платежными партнерами

  • Разрабатывать и актуализировать регламенты в зоне ответственности

Требования:

  • Высшее образование
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Желателен опыт работы в Jira, Visio / draw.io
  • Опыт в страховой компании приветствуется
  • Знание нотации bpmn приветствуется
Условия:
  • Официальное трудоустройство с соблюдением всех требований ТК РФ
  • Фиксированная окладная часть + годовой бонус по результатам работы
  • График 5/2, пн-чт: c 9.00-18.00, пт: с 9.00 до 16.45
  • Офис: Озерковская наб., 30 (в шаговой доступности от м.Павелецкая, Третьяковская, Новокузнецкая)
