Successful Maintenance Technician's come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, apartment maintenance, and other related industries. Skill set should include general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Most Important Job Functions
- Grounds pick up
- Maintaining the curb appeal of the property
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
- Apartment trash outs
- Assist with completion of work orders
- Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
