Job Description:

• Track and manage delivery SLAs, order fulfillment, tickets, issue resolution, client satisfaction, and account growth metrics to ensure service excellence
• Monitor day-to-day operations through performance dashboards and proactively coordinate with Operations, Technology, Warehouse, and City Teams to resolve delivery issues in real time.
• Build strong, proactive relationships with client POCs, share performance insights, handle escalations, and drive client retention and expansion.
• Identify process gaps and operational bottlenecks, recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical or operations support (e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms like EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
• NOTE: You must have your own laptop.
