Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will proactively drive the development and success of product development and launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will craft and communicate product roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with UX design, engineering, QA, customer support, sales, and marketing to bring your ideas to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and roadmap.
• Create, prioritise, and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient development.
• User Research and Analysis.
• Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather product feedback.
• Analyse user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Market and Competitive Analysis.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to inform product positioning and feature prioritisation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches and ongoing support.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products.
• Analyse product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in product management with experience in core B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working in the IAM/IGA/identity security domain OR at least building products that are adjacent - login and authentication flows, including SSO integrations, user and role management, workflow systems, working with integrations, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Strong collaboration mindset and ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in both B2B product environments.
• Working knowledge of identity standards and frameworks.
• Knowledge of the SaaS management and IAM/IGA/security SaaS/cybersecurity industry.
• Strong experience with dual-track agile and fluidity between discovery and delivery.
• Core understanding of UX design principles with a focus on creating user delight.
• Familiarity with data analysis and product analytics tools (e. g., SQL and Mixpanel).
• Experience with product management tools (e. g., JIRA, Productboard, Notion, etc. ).
• Experience in a growth-stage product, 1x to 10x.
• Familiarity with Agile software and product development methodologies
• Efficient with the RICE prioritisation framework and a mix of other existing frameworks to make data-driven decisions.
