We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Montevideo (Zonamerica) on a 3-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
The Challenge
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for the effective operational management and coordination of our Montevideo office. You'll play a key role in ensuring that office operations run smoothly while providing outstanding support to employees, visitors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the Montevideo office.
Organize, coordinate, and assist with daily office activities.
Manage office supplies and administrative resources.
Welcome and announce visitors and clients.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Help maintain workplace security and office organization.
Provide administrative support to managers and different business areas.
Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties.
Support local and global employee communications.
Who You Are
You have previous experience in Reception, Office Administration, Office Management, or a similar role.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are proactive, service-oriented, and enjoy working with people.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
You have a good command of English and feel confident working in an international environment.
