La risorsa verrà inserita nel team di post vendita dedicato all’assistenza di secondo livello di Zucchetti Logistics, leader nello sviluppo di progetti e gestione dei flussi relativi al WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Le soluzioni rispondono in modo completo ed efficace alle necessità aziendali di produttività ed efficientamento del magazzino.

Ruolo:

Le figure di Help Desk assisteranno da remoto i clienti nell'utilizzo dell’applicativo rispondendo alle loro richieste di supporto pervenute tramite contatto telefonico, via email o mediante sistema di ticketing dedicato.

L’obiettivo sarà quello di erogare e garantire un servizio di assistenza tempestivo e di qualità.
