Job board backfill with verified postings
A new job board is empty on day one. Alion backfills it with postings from employers' own careers boards, filtered to the niche (role, technology, country, remote, industry, pay), re-checked every 48 hours so closed roles leave on their own, and with ghost postings marked. 0.02 credits a job.

How it works
- Pull the niche once with job.getList and its filters
- Then pull what is new every day with posted_since=24h
- Drop jobs that closed: they stop appearing in the list
- Link applicants to the posting's url
