What do the licence routes and the rating mean?

The routes are the visa types the employer may sponsor: Skilled Worker is the standard work visa, Senior or Specialist Worker covers transfers within a company. An A rating means the licence is in good standing; B means the Home Office asked the employer to fix how it meets its duties.

How fresh is this?
