Unified TSUPIS is the Russian centralised accounting centre for bookmaker and totalisator bet transfers, operated by the non-bank credit organisation Mobile Card under a licence from the Bank of Russia. It handles deposits to and payouts from licensed bookmakers, runs online identification of players and provides the TSUPIS Wallet and TSUPIS Card payment products. Designated the single national bet transfer accounting centre by presidential order in 2021, it serves more than a million users and works strictly within Russian gambling and payment legislation.
