ANDPAD is a Tokyo software company that develops ANDPAD, a cloud-based construction management platform that digitises scheduling, on-site reporting, estimates, document sharing and ordering for builders, general contractors and renovation firms. The service, which marks its tenth anniversary in 2026, is used by more than 265,000 companies and 690,000 users in Japan, and the company employed about 1,023 people in September 2026 while adding products such as the construction HR service Builder Work. It hires in Tokyo for Ruby on Rails and full-stack product engineers, QA engineers, product designers, inside sales leaders and ERP implementation consultants.
