Overview
Column is an American nationally chartered bank built to serve fintech companies and other developers of financial products. Through its API-based platform it offers deposit accounts, ACH, wire and real-time payments, card programme support and lending, allowing partners to move, hold and lend money without a separate sponsor bank. Founded in 2021 by Plaid co-founder William Hockey, the company is headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States.
