CoStar Group is a commercial and residential real estate information, analytics and online marketplace company headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, and included in the S&P 500 index. Its businesses include CoStar data and analytics, LoopNet, Apartments.com, Homes.com, the Ten-X auction platform, STR hospitality data, Visual Lease and the 3D capture company Matterport, with offices across the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.
