Overview
Formo is a Berlin food technology company founded in 2019 that makes dairy proteins by fermentation instead of from cows. Its process produces casein and other milk proteins for cheese products with a much smaller land and emissions footprint. The company operates its own laboratories and pilot production in Germany.
