Horizon Robotics scores C on the Alion truth index (A is best, E worst), measured over 277 open roles re-checked against its own hiring board: 68% look like ghost listings, 0% have gone stale and 0% are the same role posted again. It measures how much of what this employer publishes turns into a real, finite search - not the employer as a workplace. How the index is computed

Overview

Horizon Robotics is a Chinese semiconductor company founded in Beijing in 2015 that designs processors and software for advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving. Its Journey series systems on chip pair purpose-built neural network accelerators with automotive-grade reliability, and have shipped in millions of vehicles from Chinese and international carmakers including BYD, Li Auto, Volkswagen and Chery. The company sells the silicon together with perception software and full driver assistance stacks such as SuperDrive, positions itself as the domestic alternative to foreign automotive AI chips, and listed in Hong Kong in 2024.
