Justera Group is a Swedish IT and engineering consultancy based in Solna, near Stockholm, that provides consultants, staff augmentation, software development and recruitment services to Nordic companies. Founded in 2020 by technology leader Shruti Para during the COVID-19 pandemic, the firm places experts on client assignments in areas such as automotive infotainment, embedded systems, cloud, data, cybersecurity and SAP transformation, often with major Swedish automotive and industrial clients. Its openings are consultant assignments for backend, machine learning, data and test engineers, embedded and mechatronic specialists, designers, analysts and project managers.
