The Long Term Stock Exchange operates a national securities exchange whose listing standards require companies to publish long-term policies rather than manage to the quarter. It also sells software for equity management, board reporting and compliance to private companies on the way to an IPO. The exchange was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2019.
