Overview
National Payment Card System (NSPK) is a Russian financial services company headquartered in Moscow and established in 2014. The organization operates the Mir payment system, manages the Fast Payment System (SBP) for instant bank transfers, and provides processing services for domestic transactions made with international payment cards. Wholly owned by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the company ensures the stability and sovereignty of the national payment infrastructure across the country and in partner nations.
