RENK is a German engineering group that makes high-efficiency propulsion and drivetrain technology, including transmissions for tracked military vehicles, marine gearboxes, industrial gear units, couplings, slide bearings and test systems, headquartered in Augsburg. With roots going back about 150 years, the group operates manufacturing sites in Germany, the USA, Switzerland, France and the UK, including Hanover, Rheine and the Horstman suspension business in Bath, and is listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange. It hires machinists, fitters, sales and field service engineers, quality leads, SAP and HR systems specialists, payroll managers and working students.
