Rotork is a British engineering company that makes flow control and instrumentation products, chiefly electric, pneumatic and hydraulic valve actuators, gearboxes and related controls used in oil and gas, water and wastewater, power, chemical and industrial plants. Founded in 1957 and listed on the London Stock Exchange as Rotork plc, it operates manufacturing and service centers worldwide, including Rochester in the United States, Lucca in Italy and Chennai in India. It hires field service, applications and contracts engineers and inside sales staff. The company is headquartered in Bath, England, United Kingdom.
