SerpApi is an Austin company that sells real-time APIs returning search engine results pages as structured JSON to developers, SEO platforms and AI applications. It scrapes and parses Google and other search engines on the customer's behalf, handling proxies, CAPTCHAs and HTML parsing, and exposes each engine and result type as a separate API. Julien Khaleghy started it in 2017 after spending most of his time on scraping Google Images for a machine learning project, and the company has grown without outside funding to a team of about 79 people listed on its site.

Google tried again. We're moving to dismiss a second time.
In July, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed Google's lawsuit against SerpApi. Google has now filed an amended complaint, and today we asked the court to dismiss that one as well.
