Siparex is an independent French private equity group supporting companies from start-up to mid-sized enterprise. It invests through venture capital, growth, buyout and mezzanine strategies, with a strong regional network across France and selected positions elsewhere in Europe. The group was founded in Lyon in 1977 and remains one of the pioneers of the French private equity market, with major offices in Lyon and Paris.
