Overview
The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a state-backed early-stage funding institution that supports Ukrainian technology startups at the idea and pre-seed stages. It provides non-dilutive grants through regular pitch competitions and partner programmes, helping founders build prototypes and reach first customers, and now also operates under the Innovation Development Fund name. The fund was established in 2018 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and is based in Kyiv.
