Overview
Uniswap Labs is a software company founded in 2018 and based in New York that built the Uniswap decentralised exchange protocol. The protocol popularised automated market making, allowing anyone to provide liquidity and trade tokens without an order book or intermediary. The company develops the web interface, wallet and aggregation router, while the protocol itself is governed by token holders.
