The Associate, Sales Operations reports directly to the Senior Director, Head of Sales Operations and contributes to a dynamic team that is driving growth throughout the organization.This position is located in our Boston office.

Job Purpose

As a growing team, we have an opening for an associate to join ourSalesOperations team. This position reports to the Head of Sales Operations and supports the market-facing team by enhancing processes and managing data to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. This role ensures that sales operations runsmoothly,decision-making is supported with data-driven insights and strategies that align with the organization’s sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

• CRM Projects: Support Salesforce enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and training, whileidentifyingopportunities to improve sales processes and make Salesforce easier and more efficient for users.

• CRM Adoption & Data Management: Train sales staff on CRM best practices andmaintainkey CRM data, including account hierarchies, to support data quality and consistency.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Create andmaintainSalesforce reporting and sales performance dashboards in Power BI, partnering with Digital Transformation as needed.

• Sales Enablement Tools & Vendors: Manage sales technology vendor relationships, including contracts, renewals,licensesand ongoing use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong.

• AI & Automation: Explore and implement practical uses of AI and automation to improve sales processes and team efficiency, including AI capabilities within Salesforce.

• CRM/Marketing Integration: Partner with Marketing to ensure CRM supports effective handoffs between marketing and sales.

• Process Improvement: Develop and implement sales processes that improve efficiency and support the market-facing teams.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, data analytics, information systems or the like

• 2-5 years’ experience with sales analysis, data management, or related fields

• Proficiencyin CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel area must. Other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are a plus

• Experience in project management a plus
