1、负责公司大数据组件的选型优化，包括：任务调度/资源调度、离线计算/实时计算、消息队列、对象存储、Graph、OLAP、搜索引擎等

2、负责大数据产品的技术方案设计，包括数据采集、数据治理、数据质量、数据血缘、数据服务、数据安全等

3、日常大数据组件的开发维护和问题解决

4、了解大数据生态前沿技术，结合产品规划，提前布局技术储备

5、打造医疗大数据业界最佳实践，构造领域内的大数据技术竞争力

任职资格

1、计算机、数学等相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上大数据工作经验

2、精通多种大数据相关组件技术如Flume、Kettle/DataX、Hadoop、Hive、Flink、Spark、Kafka、Impala、ElasticSearch、Nebula、Ceph、Ranger等，对相关组件的架构原理有深入的了解

3、熟练掌握Python/Java/Scala中⼀⻔或多⻔编程语⾔，具有扎实的编程能力和良好的编码习惯

4、很强的学习、分析和解决问题能力，良好的团队意识和协作精神，有较强的内外沟通能力和跨部⻔推动能力

5、有湖仓一体开发经验者优先

6、有流批一体开发经验者优先
