About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Manager - Business Development & Community Outreach professional to build strong connections between the hospital and the local community.

The role will focus on developing referral networks, engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals, conducting community outreach activities, and creating awareness about hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.
• Build a strong referral network for the hospital.
• Identify potential referral partners and develop new relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with doctors and community partners.
• Organize health camps, awareness programs, screening initiatives, and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate with the hospital's clinical and marketing teams for outreach programs.
• Promote relevant hospital specialties, services, and patient-care programs.
• Track referrals and understand referral trends and opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with referral partners.
• Gather market feedback regarding competitors, patient requirements, and local healthcare trends.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall through community engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on visits, referrals, activities, conversions, and business generated.
• Ensure professional representation of the hospital during external meetings and community activities.
