Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to identify potential customers, generate new leads, and arrange introductory meetings for our B2B technology solutions. Your primary focus will be outbound prospecting and lead qualification, with additional support for routine partnership coordination.

• Research target companies, identify relevant decision-makers, and build prospect lists.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, prospecting tools, and business events.
• Engage prospects to understand their business needs and assess their fit with our solutions.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations with the sales and presales teams.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and hand over qualified leads with clear notes and next steps.
• Maintain accurate contact information, outreach activities, and lead status in the CRM.
• Work toward agreed targets for qualified leads and meetings.
• Assist with routine partner coordination, including meeting scheduling, document preparation, meeting notes, and action-item follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in English.
• Interested in B2B sales and technology solutions, including AI, customer engagement, and business software.
• Proactive, organized, and consistent in following up without frequent reminders.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and remain persistent when prospects do not respond or decline.
• Able to use Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
• Comfortable working toward measurable activity and lead-generation targets.
