Manage the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including intake, discovery, requirements, process assessment, development, testing, deployment, hyper care, and transition to support.

Partner with business leaders and process owners to identify and evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, complexity, risk, volume, and potential return on investment.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, RPA developers, IT, application owners, and other technical resources.

Track and report RPA performance metrics, including automation hours saved, execution volumes, bot success rates, cost savings, and other defined business benefits.
Establish and maintain consistent RPA project management, governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
Provide regular project updates to leadership, including accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and decisions requiring escalation.
Evaluate completed automation projects to confirm expected business benefits and identify opportunities for additional process improvement or automation.
