Monetization Analyst - In-App Purchases (IAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user purchase behavior and identify opportunities to improve IAP revenue.
• Monitor key monetization metrics including Conversion Rate, ARPPU, ARPU, LTV, Retention, and Subscription Renewal Rate.
• Support optimization of pricing, paywalls, subscription offerings, bundles, and promotional campaigns.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for pricing, purchase flows, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve the purchase experience.
• Develop dashboards and provide regular reporting on IAP performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify monetization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Google Play Billing and Apple App Store billing policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in mobile app monetization, product analytics, growth, or revenue optimization.
• Experience analyzing in-app purchases, subscriptions, or digital commerce performance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• Understanding of mobile subscription models and purchase funnels.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
