JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Overview
TheSAP Senior Application Analystwill work on business systems design and configuration, as well as upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for SAP application end-users, the Senior SAP Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Senior Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. The Senior ApplicationAnalyst will act as a mentor to junior analysts on the team, support questions,and may delegate activities to other analysts
Essential Duties
Include, but arenot limited to, the following:
Responsible for business systems design and configuration, and upgrades and improvements for low to medium complexity applications.
Design and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that areimaginative, thorough, and practical.
Responsible for independent development and configuration of an assigned application.
Identifyissues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.
Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges.
Create and maintain system documentation.
Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
Guide workflow design, configureand test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
Liaise with business systems stakeholders and softwarevendor’s implementation staffto ensurealignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes.
Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements.
Participate in developingdocumentationandparticipate in trainingsand work with end users.
Troubleshoot problems and questions, andprovide regular updates on statusto key business stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expertof assigned applications.
Provide end-user production support for issues entered intoissue tracking systems.
Review the status of projects and issues with project leadership.
Assign or delegate configuration or other activities to otherteam members.
Act as delegate for leadershipregardingincident or problem resolution.
Provide mentorship for other peers and take the lead to solve problems, even if outside of normal scope.
Lead internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement for the IT department or team.

Ability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations.
Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply industry best practices.
Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience configuring business systems softwarein a life science, healthcare, or related industry.
Ability to architect and provide technical support of SAP systems and related environments such as Solution Manager and its functionality, SAP S/4, Transports management, System Copy and refresh, Interfaces.
Understanding of SAP Security architectureand implementation methods.
Working experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, Fiori,and AWS
Experience of working in SoXcomplaint environment.
Familiarity with continuous monitoring tools such as Solution Manager’s Configuration Validation & System Recommendation or SAP Cloud ALM products. CloudALM is a plus.
2+ Year of IAS/CIS ,Single sign on with SAP and Microsoft Entra and SAP SaaS solutions
Ability to provide technical support to resolve basisand security issues, optimizing services and ensuring availability, performance & application security of critical business systems.
Ability to lead technical projectfrom ideation to completion.
Experience working in Agile withunderstanding of ITIL V3.0 or above.
The base pay for this position is
$78,000.00 - $156,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
