Junior HR - HR Administration & Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR to support day-to-day HR administration and ensure employee records, documentation and HR data are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and trackers.
• Manage employee documentation including joining, onboarding and exit-related records.
• Ensure all employee information is accurately captured and regularly updated.
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and coordination with new joiners.
• Maintain and organise employee files and HR documents.
• Assist with attendance, leave and other employee-related records.
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for pending documents and information.
• Prepare basic HR reports, MIS and trackers as required.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple employee records and requirements.
• Prior experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail or a multi-location organisation would be an advantage.
