About Organisation:
The Abryanz Clothing a line of custom-made clothing, made to appeal to those synonymous with the Abryanz Collection. At its initiation in 2018, the line was initiated with the release of the t-shirt line; kicked off with the barcoded line and later the Crested Crane line, in celebration of the revival of Air Uganda.
Job Summary: Owns the end-to-end Made-to-Measure client journey – consultation, measurement, fabric selection, fitting and delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct MTM consultations: style, fabric and measurement, recorded accurately on a client card/system record.
- Coordinate with in-house or contracted tailors on production timelines and quality.
- Schedule and run fitting appointments; manage alterations through to final handover.
- Own MTM order tracking (deposit taken, balance due. promised date) and keep the client informed proactively.
- Manage fabric/trim stock levels for MTM in coordination with the Inventory Officer.
- Deliver a VIP-level experience for MTM clients – this is the highest-margin, highest-touch part of the business.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Tailoring/garment construction background or strong MTM client-service experience.
- Precise measurement and fitting skills, or close working relationship with skilled tailors.
- Excellent client relationship management – MTM clients are typically repeat, high-value customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- MTM revenue and order volume vs. target.
- On-time delivery rate against promised dates.
- Client deposit-to-completion conversion rate and repeat-client rate.
- Fitting/alteration rework rate (target: low, as a quality indicator).
