Application Packaging Engineer

To support the growth of the Software Center (SCCM CB) and Enterprise Portal (Microsoft Intune) activities, we are looking for an Application Packaging Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing application packaging activities.
• Analyzing and validating application packaging requests.
• Developing and maintaining application packages.
• Integrating application packages into Microsoft SCCM CB and Microsoft Intune.
• Performing unit testing within client environment.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with requestors.
• Creating and managing deployment requests in SCCM CB and Intune.
• Monitoring technology trends and best practices related to application packaging.
• Using the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool in compliance with defined processes.
• Participating in team activities, including daily stand-ups, team meetings, and technical committees.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration.
• Proven experience with:
  • Microsoft SCCM Current Branch (CB)
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Experience with application packaging tools such as:
  • AdminStudio
  • InstallShield
  • PSAppDeployToolkit
• Strong scripting skills in:
  • PowerShell
  • VBScript
  • Batch scripting

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application packaging, software deployment, or a similar role.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant academic qualifications.

• Hands-on expertise with SCCM and Intune.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with packaging and deployment tools.
• Good understanding of Windows administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
