Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software solutions while driving innovation and efficiency across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to support business needs.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.

- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.

- Experience with scalable system architecture and performance optimization.

- Ability to design secure and resilient cloud-based solutions.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to cloud environments.

- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in cloud architectures.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
