Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to enhance data flow and accessibility.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data management and governance across projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable ETL processes to support data migration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline data workflows.
- Understanding of database management systems and performance tuning.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Build Tool.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
